Grammatisch is a desktop application which helps users learn and apply German grammar. The App offers different lessons sorted by level, with hundreds of different tasks for each topic. The application is particularly popular due to the variety of task areas and the structuring in difficulty levels.
Problems
To begin with, we took a closer look at the existing Grammatical Web App. The aim was to find out what functionality the app has and how it is structured hierarchically. Where is there potential for improvement and where does the app have problems? Aspects such as visual design and interaction also played a major role.
We created a flow from the existing screens to get a more accurate, clearer, and holistic picture of the app. This detailed analysis revealed a number of weaknesses, which we recorded in order to address and optimize them during the course of the project. It also became clear how single-layered, simple and functionally poor the existing app is.

Here she does unique question style activities. After completing the Weekly Challenge, she finishes the “Prepositions” course she started.
