Masterarbeiten Strategische Gestaltung
salt – the next step in the evolution of design education
Lukas G. Böckelmann is a designer, strategist, and generally an inquisitive person. He is the third generation in a family of design professionals and educators, growing up with a keen interest in how things work, what makes people tick, and how to improve the world around him.
The publication is part of three offerings that form a trinity, aimed at enabling designers to gain such understanding of the design-practice to be able to develop and apply a personal “mode of working” to convert challenges into strategies, suited for any design endeavor
The publication, let’s designers read, contemplate, and resonate relevant topics to independently develop a personal methodology which shapes and maintains the design process through strategic thinking.
The kit supports process facilitation by providing a skeleton based on strategy development through backcasting, so designers have a reference to continuously relate, compare, and contrast the design process to during execution.
The kit is available as a publication, as well as a Miro template.
The tutorial is a way of investigating the impact of strategic planning, solidifying knowledge from the publication and kit, as well as offering multi-channel learning opportunities – packages can be customized, units tailored to specific needs or demands, and support applied to real-world challenges relevant to the individual or collective.
Any of the three work, but all of them together form an innovative, powerful, and effective gateway to reflection and growth.
